The Easy Trainer is a combination of a plane and a glider. The plane glides better than a normal plane thus increasing flight time but it is also more aerobatic than a normal glider. If you are looking for a pure beginner RC plane, we think there are better choices but we really like this plane for is easy and relaxed flying style as a great way to take a break from more intense planes. We fly with the 1300mAh 2S battery a little farther back than normal for better gliding and control surface response. Flight times can be as little as 6 or 7 minutes with a lot of full throttle or they can be as long as 15 to 20 minutes with a lot of gliding. This plane is fully capable of loops, rolls, and inverted flight yet it will also glide for quite a while when the throttle is completely off. Best of all it is nearly impossible to break the rear mounted prop unless you land the FMS RC plane upside down.
